I think this was a face saving publicity move by DC mayor. I guess I missed the free or $1 a day parking info since I was working from home. It certainly feels unfair to all those people (including me) who took enough pains to ensure they planned their days in a way that the cars weren't on the Snow Emergency Routes. |
