I'm usually not opposed to trying out new services and tools but this one I'm not so sure. For a cloud hosting company, there are few basic essentials: * Support - live, tickets, email, phone etc. * DevOps work * Marketing * Documentation * and more... I'd be little hesitant if everything for so called "cloud hosting" company is done by a single "I". |
