What's a good, current Prolog implementation?

Check out http://www.gprolog.org/

Edit: Beaten to it! So I'll add that I've played around with it a little, and it seems good.

There's GNU Prolog (http://www.gprolog.org/) and YAProlog (http://www.ncc.up.pt/~vsc/Yap/downloads.html), which look semi-active.
