I wonder if women would have the same feeling of "weirdness"? Personally, I'd initially feel weird because of the possibility of being seen as a man that's "staring" (read:perving) at images of a female at work. Of course, that wouldn't last long, nor would I stand for being called out on it if my actions happened to have been seen by someone willing to complain to me about it.
