Hey! Thanks for the interesting article. It makes a lot of sense that 90% of people are "lurkers." I would love to see some user interviews with these people to try and figure out what, if anything they are getting out of lurking and not contributing. I agree that consistency in tagging will be a challenge, but one that I think is solvable and scaleable. Please let me know if you'd be interested in helping create this.
