From a prospective employer's point of view, for the most part, they will only care whether you can deliver. If those side gigs are going to be a distraction and I'm not getting any value from you, then it's not a good situation.

You need to convince them that you won't be distracted and you will still be able to deliver efficiently. You can also tell them that your side gigs help you learn new skills, which in turn, can be applied to your day job.
