I've preferred Kanban for a while now. When I started doing work on a git-flow/feature branch basis, the sprints lost their value to me. I've begun to wonder if the sprints were simply an artefact from poor practices in old CVS/SVN workflows (like needing a short, regular stabilizition and release cycle)? |
