> 5) JavaScript loses popularity, MEAN stack loses popularity but alternatives aren't appearing, just more criticism of the javascript frameworks I think, there will be alternatives. WebAssembly will let developers write client-side frameworks in C/C++, C#, Go, etc. Very likely, JS will start losing its popularity as the selling point "works both on client and server" will work for any language. However, I don't believe we can say goodbye to JS. At least, not in 2016. |
