Ok, we changed the url from http://www.unz.com/isteve/the-fascist-roots-of-the-nyts-fina... to the book review that it points to.

That completely changes the meaning and I presume, the OP's intent in submitting the link. The original link focused on Slim's connections to the Lebanese Phalange. The new link doesn't even mention Phalange.

That's true, but hot polemics don't really belong on HN, and the unz.com URL is still here for anyone who wants to peruse it.
