If you can run nodejs in your object, you will be able to make it in to a Hybrid Object the Reality Editor can talk to.

The inspiration is the World Wide Web. It was created with a clear simple and open foundation. You can still read the first webpages ever made.

You should be able to still interact with the first Hybrid Objects ever made.
