But, it seems a lot of the highest performing companies except for Google & AirBnB in the past 10-20 years seem to have unequal founder stakes: Amazon, Facebook, Snapchat, Uber, Dropbox, SpaceX, Tesla, Pinterest, Slack...

Even Microsoft & Oracle from an earlier era had unequal founder stakes...
