Don't blame it just on lack of people. Hiring is utterly broken with recruiters and managers sitting in front, tilting their heads asking: I see it is X years since you programmed Y[0] - are you sure you can handle this? [0]: old, mostly stable language that I have used a lot on my spare time in between |
