I joined a startup as an early employee a few months ago, with a fairly complex funding situation, and my compensation package consists primarily of options. ("equity incentive plan") I want to talk to a lawyer and/or accountant in NYC who has lots of experience in this subject. I do not have a ton of money but I am willing to spend up to $500 for a consultation. Does anyone have recommendations on whom to approach, or where to find someone? |
