paid support does not mean you'll get any meaningful support at all Amen, brother! I'm so tired of serving up bugs on a platter complete with working examples, only to have them blown off because the vendor's tech support people are conditioned to view all problems as "PEBKAC", and all customers as know-nothing crybabies. I loathe condescending tech support people. |
