Reminds me of the mantra I repeat to myself whenever I start going to the gym again:

"Everybody's got to start somewhere"

And that reminds me of an observation I made after going to the gym for a few months (and that after doing nothing for 30 years) :

I'm not good at anything, but I'm better at everything.
