I work in performance-based marketing, running lead acquisition campaigns on Facebook. I really like it because it feels like you're playing a stock market with the fluctuating prices and algorithm changes in the market. Plus there's the creative aspect of making the ads while also figuring out the different targeting options that will convert. It's my first job out of college and have been doing it for 4.5 years.
