As a teenage Muslim atheist, Dawkins was my hero. As an adult, 20 years later, I am embarrassed for him and for you, his followers.

His followers? Please. I didn't even know of Dawkins until last year and he isn't even remotely close to as critical as he should be, not to mention too late.

Lee Kuan Yew knew this shit before everyone, he will be missed :-(

Oh and... as an ex-muslim growing up in Jihadi dominated areas I am embarrassed for you, for more the naive Americans who have no clue what fire they are playing with.

You've posted far too many inflammatory comments to HN. It's time you stopped. Whatever your views, there's no reason not to express them civilly and substantively. If you can't or won't do that, we're going to ban your account.

Edit: I notice your profile links to "What You Can't Say". If you like that essay in defense of contrarian views, you should remember that its author also created the civility rule on HN and, to my knowledge, never broke it in 11,000 comments here.

Sorry for the tone of my replies, seivan, you're probably a perfectly nice person who I would get along with just great in real life. Dawkins creeping around picking on a 14 year old boy and unable to stop himself from saying the stupidest and meanest thing possible at every opportunity is really getting to me, especially because I once admired him. It feels ugly to watch him self-destruct.
Oh, so you're new, and you worship authoritarian dictators.
Both of you are breaking the HN guidelines. Please stop.
