When I try http://192.168.100.1/cgi-bin/tech_support_cgi on an Arris modem it says:

   NET-DK/1.0 Error: 401 Unauthorized

Yes, that's demonstrated in the video. You have to login on another page before that page will work.

That login page doesn't exist on mine: http://192.168.100.1/cgi-bin/adv_pwd_cgi

On my (newish) SB6183, I get "Read error: connection reset by peer".

I get that for any URL it doesn't serve
