I really can't imagine a simpler return process. Each time I've had to return something, I went online, stated there was a problem with the product, they immediately shipped out a new item, and I had 30 days to return the old item. I also didn't have to print off a return label, as that was included with the replacement. Being upset that you need to put a label on a box is one of the most first-world-problems I've ever heard. |
