The irony is that if you were to say in the US "I outsourced some work to Slovenia", they'd probably consider it "less developed". Cheaper is nearly always poorer quality wherever you go. China is certainly capable of extremely high quality work (iPhone!), it's just that they market on a low-cost basis instead. |
