During one portion of the year, my neighborhood has small hordes of visitors due to a large wildflower field across the street. Mostly I find it charming, and my worst confrontation involved telling a guy "Hey, please don't park on my lawn", and him replying "oh, sorry, I'll move immediately".

I don't see why seeing people taking pictures of a landmark in your neighborhood should be tiring.

Usually it's because it has some impact on you. Like blocking your driveway, taking up all the parking, or leaving trash.
