I visited a few years ago and found the whole state of California was like this. "Shoo shoo dirty tourist, move along!". Locals upset and frustrated at tourists. Paris is like this too. I moved out of downtown Toronto for this reason; people coming and going with no respect for the locals who call it their home. |
