In Europe the Commission (likely also pushed by the Council/Germany/France/Spain/Italy) shamefully decided to raise the NOx limits by 2x until 2019 and 50% until 2021. It's the first time since they launched the emissions "euro" standard that they actually raised the limit. I guess they saw everyone cheats by at least 2x, as some reports have also said. |
