I don't see Blabr as a tool for problems that take a long time to run. On the other hand, that doesn't mean that we can only aspire to minor problems in the browser. For instance, [0] solves a famous nonlinear PDE (which was a heavy computation not that long ago). So, yes, Blabr is for "interactive exploration".
