Exactly my thoughts. NSA was supposed to provide measures to protect the network of the government. But see the OPM's breach as one example. Seems NSA is obsessed with penetrating everywhere using 'terrorism' as a means to ensure continued funding. Thus the 'defense' nature is quite boring and sadly ignored. |
