I came here to note this exactly.

Googling for the word seems to imply that the term is being used in a few different contexts — and it is a real word. I suppose my beef is that Google's re:work and 37S' both deal with the workplace. It's a little too close in context IMO.

If it's close enough 37S could have a trademark case there.
a. they don't have it trademarked. b. copyright protection is not available for titles of works
Trademarks exist without registration, though with limited protections
"This search session has expired" is what I get.
