Is the Go binary open-sourced or is the entire scaling tool open source?

I'm not quite sure what this means:

Yes the Go code is on GitHub. It has the integration we've done with the Docker Remote API.

The follow up releases will be for the integrations we've done with the Marathon and ECS schedulers.
