This is why I wouldn't take less money just Because Startup. If they want to give me equity in some format, that's nice. I expect it to be worth $0 and if that lack of faith makes me seem like a bad employee, so be it. If I wanted to play the lottery I'd go buy some scratch tickets at the 7-11. I'm perfectly willing to take less money for other reasons, but not in exchange for a lottery ticket. |
