Use it on Linux with NoScript. Knocks out most, if not all, of the problems. ;)

How? NoScript (which I use) stops random scripts from running. To watch flash videos (of any kind) one must allow the script to run. Once you've done this NoScript isn't providing any protection anymore.
On youtube one can adBlock & NoScript & CookieBlock everything yet still download video with http://www.flashvideodownloader.org/ . Some porn sites can be downloaded with http://jdownloader.org/ You will need the uncrippled: Java Cryptography Extension (JCE) Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy Files http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jce8... http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jce-...
Surely if your going down that route youtube-dl is easier?
easier than youtube-dl :

adBlock & NoScript & CookieBlock are essential malware protection anyway, and just needs tweaks for youtube.

flashvideodownloader is just an firefox addon. then you can visit youtube without much tracking.

flashvideodownloader probably uses youtube-dl (without any CLI-typing).

P0rn sites, with jdownloader & Java & Unlimited Strength Cryptography is less easy

(edit: added : easier than youtube-dl)

There's usually all kinds of Flash and scripts on porn sites, esp 3rd party. These pose more risk than the main video of a reputable porn site that seeks to keep its viewers. So, as usual, you use NoScript to limit your risk by trying to block third-party stuff where possible. You can also sandbox if you want.
