The one book I saw in her list of publications[0], Universal linear algebra for students of mathematics and physics, seems to be awaiting publication, supposedly from Birkhäuser (a division of Springer), although I was unable to locate any reference to it on their site (possibly because the site sucks). It seems to be currently used, in pdf form, as a text for a course or two. I'd love to get my hands on a copy.
