Deng Xio Peng pivoted away from pure central planning. Whether it's actually... efficacious :) remains to be seen. One economic historian was asked to speak to the Politboro and when he got there, found out they wanted to know why it was that the government of Britain did not fall in the 1870s. These guys know they're riding the tiger. It looks pretty good right now. |
