Hi! Since I'm not from US I have no idea whether this idea is good or not, but here are a few points from your fix form. - no email validation / phone number, zipcode, comcast client# mask: Your user could easily mistype something without noticing

That's a great point! Right now we're manually following up with users if there's any problem, but I'll add better form validation to our roadmap. Thanks!
I'm not seeing any validation for empty email form submission responses. I clicked a button and got a success page redirect.
