On Android I use an App called Localcast, it can play directly from your device or from a network attached storage, DLNA or a link to a resource on the web. It also does Cloud storage such as Dropbox, Google Drive etc. So it would seem like handoff to the Chromecast works really well. My TV supports Miracast and that does not work as well as the Chromecast does. |
