Good ol' Kingdom of Spain. Governments tend to rearrange ministries (fusing them, eliminating some and embedding their competences in another, or simply renaming them) and the URL changes accordingly, but most of the times links break, the styles of a former deleted ministry are different from the new host, etc. |
