I explored this not too long ago. The basic gist was to offer a managed service that did everything for small businesses (run, host, update, upgrade open source software) for a low monthly price. The technical side was simple. Using docker on top of amazon servers to run whatever software was needed. But I was unable to sell it properly. Dunno where I failed. I moved on. :) |
