I really doubt Apple is going to do anything radical like that with it's Intel based products. To do so would be massively expensive, dwarfing the revenue from it's Intel-based products, let alone any benefit. Apple's Intel based products are a very small part it's revenue and have almost no growth. If they do this, it will be for it's ARM products, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch & AppleTV. |
