Thank you for your kind words. Spawning a shell shouldn't be a performance bottleneck as long as you create a new tab or pane, and not a new application instance. By the way there is a (very) experimental support of panes, press cmd + _ to split horizontally. By biggest concern is how to cat a 50MB file. If you try it now, everything gets stuck. |
