True. I did not mean to say there is a direct correlation (thus the "can reveal") more that criticizing what one perceives as unjust, despite whatever benefits they receive from it, is often noble (strong character). Or at least noble if that person is fully aware of the consequences of speaking out in what they view as the truth. Note, I believe that Noble does not always equal smart, where smart equals maximizing good, corporeal outcomes for one's self. |
