Uh, you're now using the word 'internship' when your ad specifically used the word 'apprenticeship'. And the HN submission is "Apprenticeships, not internships". If you have requirements for your role, then that's ok. But then it isn't an apprenticeship, it's an internship, and it's no different to all the other internships out there. |
