I am trying to use OKR in my projects. They help me to stay focused in what I need to do and see progresses every quarter.
I am using WeekDone for tracking them. Moreover, using Todoist for keeping track of my todo's, Quip for my documents and Trello as my default board. Agree that taking breaks from technology and staying offline is very helpful to keep me focused. |
