Your perspective is interesting, thanks for sharing. When I am in your shoes, I pretend that I'm in my manager's shoes, being asked about changing something about work. Kind of playing devil's advocate: why is this a good/bad idea? I've found it's good for coming up with arguments and point/counterpoints. And trying to appeal to the manager's personality -- what makes them tick. |
