Indeed, i didn't read it. The title made me think of that trend.
Thought it was another "watch my heart beat while i'm doing x" kind of article. Although to be fair, that's the largest part of the article, and that's the part that's put forward in the title. I suppose that's because they thought that's the part that would interest people the most.
