One is from chennai, the finance hub of India. The other is from almost the Nepal region but I've never heard of him. There is a population of radicals in India - separists, communists, but they are separate from the western tied Indians. They are separate because they never were in the group that has close ties to the west, and they are a loud but weak minority. |
