I will say that I have actually been in this situation and have chosen to be transparent with our employees. It was really, really hard but it was also the right thing to do, in my mind. Thanks for the comment about board support, harryh. There is another angle to this, which is that the investors / board should also be there to provide support / help as necessary. If they didn't do so, that is also very unfortunate. |
