We would love to add features like that. We have side-by-side diffs and shortcuts, but maybe not what you want. New commits are shown in the discussion (doesn't work with rebasing). Anyway, I'm sure that there are still things missing and you are very welcome to add them to CE or EE. We had large companies switch from Gerrit but we hope to keep adding features that people currently miss.
