MIT is a fine license, but it worries me when I hear this. I've seen too many people who make assumptions about what copyright offers (and doesn't). It sucks, but it's a good idea to spend some time getting familiar with licenses so that you don't offer something that you don't intend. Also, if you are using 3rd party libraries, you need to make sure that they are compatible with the license you choose. Just friendly advice from someone who has seen things go badly before ;-) |
