The same "facts" could have been stated in a very different way. For example, I could tell the story like this: "An employee complained about sexual harassment at Github. The confirmation of some of her accusations by an independent investigator led the CEO to step down." Sounds different, doesn't it? |

Are these not facts? Were "men looking at women spinning hula hoops" and this other individual brought it to someone's attention as sexual harassment?
