YC S13 App: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ceBmtmRv5s I'm a consulting User Experience Designer/Strategist. I believe in knowing one's materials and agile approach. I love things that really work. I love beautiful things. I focus on strategy, product design and technology to create new opportunities and solutions for businesses and their markets and customers. I work directly with executives, owners, founders, architects, strategists and managers. My background is product design, design critique, user-centered design, symbolic systems, systems/process analysis, learning, leadership and group, team, and organization facilitation and communication. I have been using, thinking about, designing and building tools and experiences for learning and communication since 1986. (Earlier if you count my high school internship at MITER!) I have been advising, coaching and consulting about better leadership, communication, processes and products ever since. I'm a freelance race event operations leader. I'm an ultrarunner favoring trails.
