I'm not buying the solo guy job hacktivist, not even close, this was gov level hacks, and the consequences of the hacks also point to this.

Hactivists are just petty dictators, with no power. Instead of trying to make changes democratically, they attempt to create it through destruction.

This person's antics went from spywhere creator to the police.

Being 'ant-police' has been in the playbook of every dictator in history.

Not sure if I understand you correctly, but future dictators try to get rid of a working jurisdiction, because they are the one that limit their power.

The executive branch that the police belongs to is commonly from where future dictators start their journey.
