All those little phrases pieced together. Seems very LLM written to me, perhaps Claude Sonnet? It's also quite hard to understand what that means until you realise it's a local-first phone app.
actually not. this is a practice designed to develop self awareness, and if you go to something like this and cheat like that... why? it is just more efficient and rewarding to follow the thread of your thoughts. have you ever done it?
